Every piece in the Charmco Collection is made to order in solid 14 karat gold, allowing us to focus on quality and individuality. By creating each charm as its ordered, we ensure that every design is carefully crafted, polished, and ready to be cherished for years to come.
WHERE IT ALL BEGINS
Design & Development
Every piece starts with an idea. Many of our designs are inspired by vintage charm styles and reimagined to feel timeless and true to Charmco. Each concept is refined by our team until it feels just right.
A MOLD IS BORN...
Casting Methods
Some designs are created using rubber molds, which are then sent out for casting. More intricate pieces are developed using CAD and 3D printing to ensure every detail is captured with precision.
INTO THE FIRE
From Wax to Gold
Once the design is finalized, the wax model is carefully prepared for casting. Solid gold is heated in a crucible until it becomes molten. Then, it is carefully poured into one of our molds, filling every detail left behind by the wax. This is where the piece begins to take its final form.
CUT FROM THE SAME TREE
The Casting Tree
After casting, each piece is carefully removed from the casting tree. At this stage, the charms are fully formed in solid gold and ready for finishing. Every detail is checked to ensure it meets our standard of craftsmanship before moving on to polishing and setting.

Finishing Touches
Each piece is hand-polished to bring out its natural shine. This final refinement enhances the details and ensures every charm feels smooth to wear.
