We want you to love your Charmco charm. Unworn jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days are eligible for store credit only. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.
Orders of $1,000 and above are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Please note: Items marked final sale and special order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom items, including white or rose gold charms and chains, engraved charms, shipping fees, and attachment services, are non-refundable.
Approved exchanges incur a $15 shipping fee.
Email Us: Contact info@charmco.com with your order number within 7 days of receipt to initiate your return or exchange. We will respond as quickly as possible with an acknowledgement of your return.
Prepare Your Item: Once approved, send your item back in its original packaging, including your packing slip or receipt. Items must be unworn and unaltered.
Ship Securely: Please send your order back to us at the below address within 14 business days of acknowledgement, using a trackable, insured method such as UPS or FedEx.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email, though timing for the credit to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
All special orders are custom, non-refundable pieces in our collection.
Special orders include engraved charms, anything noted as “custom”, 14k white or rose gold charms and chains.

No. Items marked as final sale, engraved pieces, custom orders, and all white or rose gold charms and chains are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Eligible returns received after 14 days but within 30 days will receive store credit in your Charmco account. Store credit does not expire. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
