We accept returns of unworn and undamaged jewelry within 14 days from the time of delivery. After this period, you will receive store credit for your return. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of items marked as final sale, engraved orders, custom orders, white gold charms and chains or rose gold charms and chains.
All approved exchanges will incur a $15 shipping fee.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@charmco.com with your order number and let us know about your return. We will respond as quickly as possible with an acknowledgement of your return. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing list or receipt as well as gift box. Return shipments should be appropriately insured and sent to the address below with a trackable method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS).

On orders $1000+, there is a 5% restocking fee. Exchanges incur a $15 shipping fee. Any orders canceled after payment incur a 2.5% credit card processing fee.
Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your package for a return credit to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak holiday seasons. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or gift card, as applicable. Please note that we are not in control of when the reversed charge is credited to your account, please contact your bank for further information.
