Engraving

Please refer to our Engraving Styles (viewable by clicking the “?” icon next to the font drop-down) to see options for your custom engraving. 

Please note: Not all charms are engravable. If you do not see an engraving drop-down on the charm, engraving is unavailable for that piece.

For monogram engravings, type your initials exactly as you’d like them to appear. Use this order: First – Last – Middle (the last initial goes in the center).

Engraving requires an extra 2-3 business days in addition to our regular production timeline.

Attachment

Every charm comes complete with a gold jump ring. You have four attachment options to select from. To view a visual guide of these options, click the “?” icon next to the Attachment drop-down menu.

We strongly recommend soldering your charms, either by Charmco or your local jeweler, for the security of your jewelry.

Processing Time

Collection charms (non-vintage) are made to order and take an average of 5-7 business days to be processed and the shipment prepared, regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

All vintage and one of a kind charms will ship within 1-3  business days 

Customizations like engraving require an additional 2-3 business days on top of our regular processing time.

We offer free UPS-insured ground shipping on orders over $300 shipped within the continental United States.

UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout.
