Engraving

Please refer to our Engraving Styles (viewable by clicking the “?” icon next to the font drop-down) to see options for your engraving. 

Please note: Not all charms are engravable. If you do not see an engraving drop-down on the charm, engraving is unavailable for that piece.

For monogram engravings, type your initials exactly as you’d like them to appear. Use this order: First – Last – Middle (the last initial goes in the center).

Engraving requires an extra 2-3 business days in addition to our made-to-order timeline.

Attachment

Every charm comes complete with a gold jump ring. You have four attachment options to select from. To view a visual guide of these options, click the “?” icon next to the Attachment drop-down menu.

We strongly recommend soldering your charms, either by Charmco or your local jeweler, for the security of your jewelry.

Shipping

All Charmco Collection charms are made-to-order in NYC. Please allow 5-7 business days in production unless otherwise noted. Vintage charms ship within 1–3 business days. Engraved or customized charms take an additional 2–3 business days.

Free UPS-insured ground shipping is available on orders over $300 in the continental U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International orders are detailed at checkout with all customs and duties fees included.
