Before diving into delivery details, let's take a moment to explain our creation process. Charmco's treasures aren't simply pulled off a shelf. Nearly every charm, bracelet, and necklace is made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail. Lucky for you, we’re experts at our craft and turn things around in record time, especially for fine jewelry!

We do have some in-stock items, and you can expect them to be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. However, since our 14k gold charms are generally made to order, we ask that you give us 2-3 business days to fulfill your charm order. This may be further affected during the busy holiday season when our timeline may be a tad longer. If your order includes customization like engraving or jewelry work like soldering or stone setting, add an extra 2-3 business days to your timeline.

We're dedicated to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. But we also need to ensure we maintain the level of quality and craftsmanship Charmco is known for. After all, we want the pieces you receive to be worth every moment you've waited. Bottom line, please don’t expect your charm order to ship the day it is placed. Navigating Your Shipping Options

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping within the continental United States, including insurance for the full retail value of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, it typically arrives within 1-5 business days.

Need it faster? We offer UPS Three Day Select, Second Day, or Next Day shipping, with rates calculated at checkout. Do remember, though, expedited shipping doesn't mean immediate shipment. It refers to the delivery speed after your piece has been crafted and is ready for dispatch.

For our international clients, we ship via UPS and offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver options. Please be aware that all duties and taxes are your responsibility, and international orders need to be checked out via PayPal.
